From concept to creation:

Sleepy Tie
Sleepy Tie was first brought to me as a prototype, and I developed it into the company’s first fully manufacturable product. From the very start, I’ve been involved in shaping the product line and building the company into what it is today. As Director of Product Development, I’ve overseen the design, manufacturing, and logistics of the brand’s innovative hair accessories, introducing 10+ new products along the way. I manage overseas suppliers, streamline warehouse operations, and drive growth through Amazon storefronts. Beyond development, I also played a key role in implementing Sleepy Tie into major retail stores across the country, helping transform a single prototype into a nationally recognized brand.

GumGenii
Gumgenii was one of the most complex projects I’ve developed, starting from a simple idea and sketch of an at-home thermotherapy for gum treatment. My team and I engineered the product from the ground up, working through the challenges of food-safe materials and intricate design requirements to create something entirely new. The development process demanded advanced problem-solving, precise engineering, and multiple iterations before we achieved a manufacturable, market-ready product. The result is a highly functional, consumer-ready innovation that reflects both technical depth and creative execution.

ResistaRope
ResistaRope began as just an idea and a sketch brought to me by the client. With the help of my overseas team, I fully designed, prototyped, and produced the product—transforming the concept into a unique fitness tool that functions as both a jump rope and a resistance band. The development required custom injection molding tools and complex ideations to achieve the dual functionality. I managed the entire process from initial sketch to launch and reorders, ensuring the product was not only manufacturable but also market-ready.

StackTrax
Stacktrax started with a client who came to us with nothing but a rough sketch, and we worked closely to turn that idea into a fully prototyped and manufactured product. The Multi-Bar was especially challenging due to its use of heavy-duty metal materials and the need to safely withstand significant weight and force as a workout attachment. From design to final production, we engineered a durable, functional, and versatile fitness piece that meets the demands of any home workout setup.
